The provisional calendar for the 2009 MotoGP has been revealed with China being dropped and replaced by a new race in Hungary.
The Chinese Grand Prix which holds the MotoGP event at the Shanghai International Circuit, has been removed after only running the race for four years.

BBC Signs 5-Year Deal For Moto GP

It has been announced today that the BBC Sport have extended their contract to show the MotoGP in the UK for the next five years.
The deal will continue until 2013 and includes the rights to show all the racing of the MotoGP as well as qualifying sessions.

The British Moto GP at Donington Park need to make changes to control the spectators at the circuit after events at the weekend.
