Monday saw the launch of the Gilera official 2008 package at the famous Italian track of Monza.
The Metis Gilera teams two riders, Roberto Locatelli and Marco Simoncelli were both present along side the new Campetella Racing pair, Fabrizio Lai and Manuel Poggiali.
It was Locatelli, the former 125cc rider suffered horrendous injuries in Jerez last year and has since had a supporting plate added to his ankle. The Italian was back on the track just 55 days after the accident due to his own efforts.
