The new Suzuki for the 2008 Moto GP season has been launched and the team is hoping that the GSV-R will be the new challenger for the championship.
The bike is last years model but with many improvements, a new chassis, a new engine, new aerodynamics, a new front suspension as well as a new Ducati inspired fairing which is hoped to reduce drag at high speeds.
The two riders, Chris Vermeulen, who will be in his third year with the team and the new team rider Loris Capirossi who raced for Ducati last season are both said to be very excited about the coming season and enjoying the bike so far.
