Dani Pedrosa, the Spanish Repsol Honda Moto GP rider, has come along way in his motorcycle career after making his debut in the 125cc series back in 1999.
After winning the 125cc Championship, he moved up to the 250cc class in 2004 and won the Championship in the same year and in 2006 made his move up with the big boys.
However, critics thought that he would have a problem with being only tiny (5ft 2in) and would not be able to handle the a big, heavy MotoGP machine, what ever gave then that idea!
and again!
