James Toseland has revealed that he will be performing at an upcoming gig for Sport Relief with his band ‘Crash’.
The gorgeous Moto GP rider in an exclusive interview with Eurosport said ” I am in London preparing for Sport Relief, where I’ll play on Friday night with my band Crash.
This time I’ll stay away from the piano, and will be singing instead. Hopefully if we’re rubbish people won’t realise it’s the same guy that was at Sport’s Personality!
I’m really looking forward to it – I can’t wait. We’ll be playing live, in between Leona Lewis and Annie Lennox, which is not a bad supporting cast!
A far cry from the days when we used to play Working Men’s Clubs in the North. Now we’ve got Leona Lewis as a warm-up act!
I’ve been to a few events where you find yourself mingling with these kinds of people, but it will be something else appearing on stage with them.
Sport Relief is a worthy cause and it will be great if we can encourage people to donate some money and get involved in sport.”
